via the online shop www.alebri.com (“Seller”).
1. Scope of Application
1.1 These GTC apply to all purchase contracts concluded between consumers and the Seller via www.alebri.com.
1.2 A consumer is any natural person entering into a transaction for purposes predominantly not related to commercial or self-employed professional activity.
1.3 Deviating terms and conditions do not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Offers and Product Descriptions
2.1 Product presentations in the online shop are not legally binding offers but invitations to place an order.
2.2 Minor deviations in color, texture, or material may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen display differences and do not constitute defects.
2.3 Offers apply while stocks last. Errors reserved.
2.4 For handmade goods, minor irregularities in shape, surface texture, color, pattern, size, or finish may occur due to the nature of manual production.
These variations are not defects and do not diminish the usability or value of the product.
2.5 Made to order products
Some products offered by ALEBRI are produced or prepared after an order is placed (“made to order”). This refers solely to the timing of production and does not constitute personalization or custom-made production within the meaning of § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, made-to-order products are not manufactured according to the customer’s individual specifications and do not exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.
3. Ordering Process and Conclusion of Contract
3.1 Customers may add items to the cart without obligation.
3.2 By clicking “Pay now”, the customer submits a binding purchase offer.
3.3 The contract is concluded when the Seller sends an order confirmation by email or dispatches the goods.
3.4 The contract language is the language selected during the ordering process.
3.5 The order details and the terms and conditions will be sent to you by email as part of the order confirmation.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
4.1 All prices include statutory VAT.
4.2 Shipping costs are shown separately on the shipping information page and clearly displayed before the order is submitted.
5. Delivery and Availability
5.1 Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
5.2 If a product becomes unavailable through no fault of the Seller, the Seller may withdraw from the contract and will refund all payments to the original payment method. Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days.
5.3 Delivery times, processing times, shipping regions, and shipping costs are governed by the Shipping Policy available on our website.

These Free Resources are provided voluntarily and free of charge, without any obligation, warranty, or guarantee of accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
The provision of Free Resources does not constitute a contractual obligation. ALEBRI reserves the right to modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue any Free Resources at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice.

Free Resources are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
9. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of the Seller until fully paid.
10. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Detailed information on the right of withdrawal, including the consequences of withdrawal, return procedures, refund rules, exclusions, and any voluntary return services, can be found in our Cancellation & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of this contract.
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, ALEBRI offers a voluntary return guarantee of up to 30 days from delivery. This voluntary return guarantee does not limit or replace statutory withdrawal rights and is subject to the conditions set out in the Cancellation & Returns Policy.
11. Warranty for Defects
11.1 Statutory warranty rights apply.
11.2 If goods arrive visibly damaged, customers are requested - but not obligated - to inform the carrier and the Seller.
12. Liability
12.1 We are liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, in cases of fraudulent concealment of a defect, for the assumption of a guarantee, and under the Product Liability Act.
12.2 In the event of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
12.3 Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the customer may regularly rely.
12.4 Any further liability for damages is excluded.
12.5 The above limitations of liability also apply in favor of our legal representatives, employees, and vicarious agents.
12.6 Statutory liability for defects (warranty rights) remains unaffected.
13. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued as of July 20, 2025.
Information on alternative dispute resolution can be found on the European Commission's website at: https://commission.europa.eu/strategy-and-policy/policies/consumers_en
We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration body.
14. Final Provisions
14.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). This does not affect mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
14.2 Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
