ALEBRI products are made to order in our studio in Burglengenfeld, Germany.
As each item is carefully prepared after your order is placed, please review the following information to understand the ordering process and the estimated processing and delivery time:
Information on the ordering process
The following explains the steps you can take to place an order at www.alebri.com.
1. Shopping Cart / Order Overview
Select the products you wish to order by clicking the “Add to cart” button. This will add your selection to the shopping cart.
You can change your selection at any time before submitting your order by adjusting the quantity, removing products, or cancelling the order process.
By clicking the “Proceed to checkout” button, you will be taken to the next step of the ordering process.
2. Authentication
To place an order, you must provide your name, email address, and full delivery address on the checkout page.
Required fields are marked accordingly.
Providing a company name and phone number is optional and may be used solely for delivery or invoicing purposes, where applicable.
If you require a different billing or delivery address, you can enter this information during checkout.
All available payment methods will be displayed at this stage.
3. Selecting the payment method
You may now select your preferred payment method and review your order one final time.
By clicking the “Buy now" button, you submit a binding order and complete the payment process.
If any of the information entered is incorrect, you may correct it by navigating back to the relevant step before completing the order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@alebri.com. We will correct the information manually where feasible.
4. Completion of the order process
After completing your order, you will immediately see an order confirmation on screen and receive an order confirmation email.
This email contains details of your order, including selected products, delivery address, billing address, and contact details. The applicable terms and conditions, payment instructions, and cancellation information will also be included.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a further email confirming dispatch.
Available contract languages
The contract languages are English and German.
Information about the storage of the contract text
The seller stores the contract text digitally for the purpose of processing the contract and retains it in accordance with legal requirements.
The contract text, including all terms and conditions, is sent to the customer via email immediately after the contract is concluded.
Customers may request a copy of the contract text at any time by contacting info@alebri.com.

Existing delivery restrictions and specific delivery times
Delivery is available to:

European countries: AT, BE, BG, HR, CZ, DK, EE, FI, FR, GR, HU, IT, LV, LT, LU, MT, NL, PL, PT, RO, SK, SI, ES, SE
Delivery is offered only to addresses that are supported and selectable during the checkout process.
Orders can be completed only for delivery addresses within the regions displayed at checkout.
Order processing time
ALEBRI operates in small batches to ensure quality and careful handling of each item.
In most cases, orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received (depending on product availability in our stock).
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Note: Business days = Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays

Unless a different shipping time is specified for a specific product, the following shipping times apply after dispatch:

All prices are in Euro and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT).
The total price, including applicable shipping costs and taxes, is displayed to the customer before the order is submitted.
Total delivery time (processing + shipping)
The total delivery time consists of the order processing time plus the shipping time stated above.
ALEBRI products are carefully prepared or made to order. We strive to deliver every order much sooner, however, the maximum total time from payment to delivery is:

- Available European countries: up to 10 business days
These timeframes include buffers for handcrafted preparation and internal logistics.
