Returns & Withdrawal Rights Overview
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery:

Days 1–14: Statutory right of withdrawal under German and EU law (§ 355 BGB)

Days 15–30: Voluntary return guarantee provided by ALEBRI
Your statutory rights remain fully unaffected.
Part 1: Statutory Right of Withdrawal (First 14 Days)
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), take possession of the last item of your order.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post).

You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal communication before the withdrawal period expires.
3. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery, if available, offered by us).
Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
Partial Returns
ALEBRI charges a flat-rate shipping fee (€4.90 within Germany / €9.90 within supported EU countries listed in our Shipping Policy).
If you retain one or more items from your order, the shipping fee will not be refunded, as delivery was required for the items retained.
4. Return of Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

5. Cost of Return (Statutory Withdrawal)
Under statutory law, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
ALEBRI provides one (1) complimentary return label per order within Germany, which may be used for returns under both the statutory right of withdrawal and the voluntary return policy.
This voluntary service does not affect the statutory allocation of return costs.
6. Liability for Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
This corresponds to handling that would normally be permitted in a physical retail store (e.g. trying on clothing indoors to check fit and size).
Examples of acceptable handling:

Trying on clothing indoors with tags attached

Inspecting quality and workmanship

Testing basic functionality
Examples of handling that may result in a reduced refund:

Wearing items outdoors or for extended periods

Washing, altering, or damaging items

Removing tags when not necessary

Causing stains (makeup, deodorant) or odors (perfume, smoke)
If such diminished value occurs, we may reduce the refund accordingly in compliance with § 357 Abs. 7 BGB.
Part 2: Voluntary Return Guarantee (Up to 30 Days)
7. Voluntary Return Period
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, ALEBRI offers a voluntary return guarantee of up to 30 days from delivery.
This voluntary return guarantee:

Applies independently of statutory withdrawal rights

Does not limit or replace your legal rights
-
Is provided as a goodwill service
Any changes to this voluntary policy will not affect orders already placed.
8. Refunds Under the Voluntary Return Guarantee
For returns made between day 15 and day 30 after delivery:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

Items will be inspected before a refund is issued
-
Items returned in unacceptable condition may result in a reduced or refused refund
Refunds are made using the original payment method.
Part 3: Return Shipping Options
9. Return Shipping
9.1 Customers in Germany
As a voluntary service, ALEBRI provides one (1) complimentary return label per order for customers in Germany. This voluntary service applies whether the return is made under the statutory right of withdrawal or the voluntary return policy.
Conditions:

All return items from the same order must be sent in one parcel

If multiple parcels are used, only the first shipment is covered
-
Any additional return shipments must be paid by the customer
This voluntary service does not alter statutory cost-bearing rules during the withdrawal period.
9.2 Customers in supported EU countries (Outside Germany)

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Returns must be sent to the address listed in Section 4

9.3 Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Return shipping is always free

Please contact us before returning the item

We will provide instructions and a prepaid label if applicable
Your statutory warranty rights under §§ 437 ff. BGB remain unaffected.
9.4 Recommendation to Use Tracked Return Shipping
When arranging return shipping yourself, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Please note that a refund can only be issued once we have received the returned goods or once you have provided valid proof that the goods were sent back (e.g. a postal receipt or tracking confirmation).
If a return shipment is lost in transit and no proof of dispatch can be provided, we may be unable to issue a refund.
This recommendation does not affect your statutory rights.
Part 4: General Return Conditions
10. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a full refund, items must:

Be unused beyond necessary inspection

Be unwashed and unaltered

Be free of stains and odors
-
Be adequately packaged to prevent transit damage

Include original tags where applicable
Items not meeting these conditions may result in a reduced refund reflecting loss of value in accordance with § 357 Abs. 7 BGB.
11. How to Initiate a Return

12. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, size, or color:

Availability cannot be guaranteed.
Part 5: Exclusions From the Right of Withdrawal
13. Excluded Items (§ 312g Abs. 2 BGB)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalized or custom-made items

Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed

Gift cards and vouchers
Items subject to hygiene restrictions are clearly marked on the product page prior to purchase.
